Mammals Reproduction.

Mammals reproduction
Rabbits)The reproductive rate of rabbits is notorious. The common rabbit breeds from February to October; its gestation period is 30 days and there are five to eight young in a litter. In most regions its numbers are kept down by its many predators, such as the fox, the badger, and birds.

Seal)The reproduction process for seals takes place either on land or in the water. What is very surprising is that the young are all born on land rather than in the water. The mothers are very caring towards their young pups. They smell it and make a call that their pup will instantly memorize.

Kangaroos)The reproduction process is very interesting for the Kangaroos. Male Kangaroos are called bucks and the females are referred to as does. They young ones are called joeys. Mating usually takes place during the rainy season of the year. When the vegetation is green and food is plentiful the mature males and females will begin to attract each other for mating purposes.
